Imperial Court of All Alaska
The Imperial Court of All Alaska, ICOAA, has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, perhaps more than a million through participation at fundraising events, benefits, titleholder Balls and functions. These dollars are used for scholarships or are immediatly turned back to gay, lesbian or community wide nonprofit groups for their use.

Alaska Gay Discussion is here to offer a forum for the gay community from around the state as well as gay "mis-placed" Alaskans living Outside to discuss important issues relevant to our lives.

In Anchorage

The Anchorage MPowerment Project (AMP) is a group dedicated to empowering young gay, bi, curious guys by getting involved with and building a better community for themselves and their friends in Anchorage.
This group is not active though the Facebook page still exists

 Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association (The 4 A's)
An AIDS Service Organization (ASO) for the state of Alaska based in Anchorage, Alaska. We provide case management services, housing services, and emergency food supplies. We also engage in a number of prevention and education activities.

Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons, their families and friends, through: support, education, and advocacy.

Meeting Time and Place: Fridays from 7-9:30 p.m. in the Lyla Richards Conference Room in the Studen Union at UAA.
Club Purpose: The family exists to promote awareness of the issues confronting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning and Ally students, faculty, and staff of U.A.A. and the community at large. It is primarily a safe meeting place and social organization, but it also provides information and education, support and referral, and engages in political action, lobbying and social reform. Membership is open to all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Fairbanks GLSEN
The Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) is the largest national organization that brings together teachers, parents, students, and concerned citizens to work together for our public schools to end discrimination, harassment and violence that is based on perceived sexual orientation.
