The Imperial Court of All Alaska, ICOAA, has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, perhaps more than a million through participation at fundraising events, benefits, titleholder Balls and functions. These dollars are used for scholarships or are immediatly turned back to gay, lesbian or community wide nonprofit groups for their use.

Club Purpose: The family exists to promote awareness of the issues confronting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning and Ally students, faculty, and staff of U.A.A. and the community at large. It is primarily a safe meeting place and social organization, but it also provides information and education, support and referral, and engages in political action, lobbying and social reform. Membership is open to all sexual orientations and gender identities.
